Questions

Where can I buy a single Japanese Pokémon pack in Salt Lake City?

At a PeakPack kiosk — one sealed pack at a time, priced on the screen, card or phone. The card shops above mostly sell Japanese product by the box, with some loose packs.

Are Chinese Pokémon cards real?

Yes. Simplified Chinese cards are an official printing for mainland China, with their own sets — some cards in them were never printed in English or Japanese.

Are Korean Pokémon cards real?

Yes. Korean is an official printing, released in Korea a little after Japan, with the same card art and numbers as the Japanese sets.

How are English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean packs different?

Mostly the number of cards: an English pack has 10, a Japanese pack usually 5 to 7, a Korean pack 5 (151 has 7), a Chinese slim pack 5 and a Chinese Gem Pack 4. Compare the price per card, not per pack.
